In 1 business day (or less), the template will be transferred to your WIX account.

NOT INCLUDED:
• Template customisation of any kind (this would be done by you or through site maintenance which is $120 per hour and can be found here).
• Exclusive license of this template (it will be re-sold).
• Google Analytics implementation.
• SEO data (ie, page titles, descriptions, & image titling).
• Domain (must be purchased separately from host provider of your choice).
• Connection of your domain to the template.
• WIX web hosting (this is an annual fee paid directly to WIX). Visit Wix to view pricing options.

Q: I'm new to WIX - how do I customise my site?
Please visit WIX HELP CENTRE for help getting to know the WIX Editor.
Q: Can I make changes to my site ongoing?
Yes! Once the template has been transferred, you can make any changes you would like (it will be accessible under your own WIX account). However, if you prefer that we make the changes for you, then hoorah!! Please choose the customisation option when placing your order.
Q: Can you help me by adding my content and photos into the template?
If you require support in any way (ie, content/photo population into the template, adjustments to page names, changes to the template framework, adjustments to colours/fonts, SEO, mobile optimisation, etc.), I offer site maintenance (at hourly rate of $120).
Q: Am I allowed to use the stock photos on the templates?
Yes! The stock photos used on these templates are either from the WIX library or Unsplash (unsplash.com). Both are free and have no licensing requirements.
Q: Can I download or export the template after I purchase it?
No. It is not possible to export files, pages or sites, created using the WIX Editor to another external destination or host. All WIX sites must be hosted on WIX's servers. It is also not possible to embed your WIX site onto an external site.
Q: What do you mean I need a hosting plan before I can connect my domain?
All templates offered on Lore Design Co's are hosted on WIX's servers. If you would like to connect your own domain to your WIX site, you need to upgrade your site to a premium hosting plan (paid directly to WIX) and purchase your own domain (if you haven't done so already).
