Returns

Due to health and safety reasons, as well as sanitary purposes we do not accept returns sorry.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to health and safety reasons, as well as sanitary purposes we do not accept returns for our lashes. However in the case of receiving a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 72 hours of receiving your lashes by emailing us at info@gemdropluxe.com. Please make sure to include your order number on the subject line for faster service.  

PRIVACY POLICY

Gemdrop Luxe are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Where our online services are provided, a secure transmission method will be used to protect any personal information provided to us via this website. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

SHIPPING 

New Zealand

Shipping within New Zealand is set at $9.00 

Australia

Courier Delivery - $16.00

All orders are processed and dispatched from us once payment has been received. We ship your items between the days of Monday to Friday (NZT) so please allow 2 – 3 business working days to allow processing time. This occurs as soon as you place your order. If there is a delay in lead time, it will be noted in the item’s description. If you have any further questions regarding to your item and it’s lead time please feel free to contact us at info@gemdropluxe.com

Please note that delays may occur due to natural disasters, holidays or carrier delays that we are not responsible for. Please keep in mind on a holiday day it does not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Where a product has been lost in transit, please email us and we will enquire with our delivery service provider or NZ Post to have the issue resolved.

All purchased items come with tracking, with signature required on delivery.
