HOW DO I
DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE?
You can download your purchases by logging into your SO DARLING account which you created at checkout. please note that digital downloads are available for 30 days, so please download them early and save them onto your chosen device.
If you purchased an item that isn’t listed as “Instant Download”, please make sure you have provided your email address associated with that purchase (for it to be sent to you).

To buy a product from the So Darling shop, all you have to do is add the items you fancy to your cart.
When you're prepared to make a purchase, go to your cart, and during the checkout process, you'll be prompted to create a free account. This will enable you to log in and download your acquisitions whenever it suits you, ensuring you always have access to your purchases.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you can instantly access your files.
Simply navigate to your account within the members area, once your logged in, click on the 'my orders' tab. There, you'll find a list of all your purchases, ready for download.
For larger products or Canva templates, you'll receive a PDF document containing a button link to Dropbox or Canva (depending on your purchase), which will redirect you to your product.
Please remember to download your purchases within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
For all Instant Download items, please ensure you download your purchase within 30 days of placing the order.
It is your responsibility to secure your files within this timeframe. I recommend creating backups, such as storing them on a USB drive or in Dropbox.
Please note that files cannot be resent or made available for download after the 30-day purchase window has elapsed.
All prices displayed on sodaring.com.au are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD). You can make payments using Debit or Credit cards via Stripe or opt for a secure checkout process through Paypal.
Considering the immediate digital nature of products available at sodarling.com.au, I regret to inform you that refunds or exchanges cannot be provided, as digital items are non-returnable.
I encourage you to thoroughly review the product description before completing your purchase, and please don't hesitate to reach out with any inquiries prior to buying.
If a downloadable item is no longer visible in your account, it means that the item is currently unavailable through So Darling. We kindly urge you to download your digital purchases within a reasonable timeframe and securely retain your files.
Please be aware that attempting to retrieve your order several years after purchase is less likely to be successful, as we cannot assure indefinite access to digital downloads within your account.

If you possess an Etsy Account, you can access your purchased items via the "Purchases And Reviews" section within your Etsy Account. For guest checkouts, the download link will be sent to the email address used during the order placement, as indicated in your confirmation email.
Please note that downloads cannot be initiated through the Etsy App. You must be signed into Etsy.com via a web browser on your phone or desktop to access your purchases.

Alternatively, you can opt for a template, where the design framework is pre-established for your convenience.
At So Darling, we offer a selection of Canva templates tailored to meet your business needs, encompassing Instagram post templates, thank-you card templates, business card templates, and more.
A template is a ready-made design that you can customize to your liking. You have the flexibility to alter colours, fonts, text, graphics, images, and rearrange or remove elements within the design.
Templates offer the advantage of having the design groundwork already completed for you! Utilising a template not only saves you a significant amount of time but also allows you to enjoy the creative aspect, which involves styling it to align perfectly with your brand!

When using Wix, it's important to note that you need to make manual adjustments to the mobile version as you work. Changes made to the desktop version do not automatically apply to the mobile view.
As you modify the desktop version, remember to switch to the mobile view to ensure that it also appears correctly. If needed, make any required adjustments specifically for the mobile version.
