WIX WEBSITES LICENSING
WEBSITE TEMPLATES / PERSONAL USE LICENSE
With a personal use license, you have the right to use the template for a single website within your own account. The template is exclusively for the purchaser's use and cannot be transferred to another user.
If you hire someone to edit your website, they cannot claim ownership of the design. Please note that the footer must include "Website Made with ♥ by So Darling" and cannot be removed.
WEBSITE TEMPLATES / CLIENT USE LICENSE
A client use license permits the use of the template for one website created for a single client. The purchaser can employ the So Darling template to design their client's website.
It's important to remember that you cannot use the template for multiple clients; each additional client requires a separate license purchase. In this case, the footer should include "Website Made with ♥ by So Darling" which can be replaced with your own design credit if necessary.
If a Client Use license option is not available for purchase, the default license for the item is a Personal Use license.
You do not have the right to resell or redistribute this template, or any edited version of it. The template is protected by copyright owned by So Darling, and you cannot claim the design or structure as your own.
LOGOS AND BRANDING
DESIGN SELECTION
Once work has commenced on your logo/branding pack, changing to a different design is not possible. However, we offer the option to purchase a Preview before proceeding with a larger pack.
USAGE RIGHTS
As the purchaser of the designs, you have complete rights to print and use them for your brand and all associated branding materials, such as stationery, brochures, flyers, website, blog, social media, and any other branding collateral. Please note that you are not permitted to resell or redistribute any of the branding elements.
DIGITAL FILES
We provide both high-resolution and pre-sized digital files. These files will be sent to you once they have been approved by you.
FUTURE USE RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for any future use of the files, including printing, website uploads, sizing adjustments, or any alterations required after the initial delivery. Please be aware that So Darling is not responsible for any issues that may arise in these areas.
FILE PRESERVATION
After confirming the delivery of your files, it is your responsibility to save them in a secure location, as they will be removed from our system seven days after confirmation of delivery.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at So Darling, all sales are final and refunds/exchanges will not be provided as the items cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to read the full product listing description before you make a purchase and to ask any questions beforehand.
